Now hundreds of students visit this library every day without issue. Most of us are respectful of the common practice of keeping quiet while inside such an establishment. Yesterday, while making use of one of the computers, I heard one kid started mouthing off. His yapping filled the damn library.
He was repeating himself over and over complaining about whatever. If this kid were white, then I would have no doubt he was mentally challenged. I start getting frustrated so I finally turned around to get a good look at this tard.

many people went along, and burned on the date prearranged with the local fire department. so instead of people using their best judgement on when to burn, they took away all risk and burned on their prescribed date. unfortunately the bureacrats either didnt check the weather or couldnt determine the weather that far in advance. as a result, everyone burned on a day with very low atmospheric pressure and all of that smoke hung around and choked out everyone in our neighborhood for a few days. always remember. big brother knows best.
