It'll be interesting to have Trump people in control of the doj who hopefully will be very willing to provide all the documentation that their predecessors weaponized the doj against American citizens. Hopefully these plaintiffs will not have trouble getting the internal documents that the Biden administration doj administrators would definitely have tried to keep hidden.

Now I want you to realize that the founding fathers thought of every eventuality including what happens if a corrupt president decides to pardon all his corrupt cronies.


They literally reviewed 2,000 to 4,000 years of history and mistakes in leadership of all different forms of government known to them at the time including those of Greece and Rome and others.

They looked at the weights and balances of power among them all. To believe that they did not include in the Constitution a means to rectify a completely corrupt president pardoning all his corrupt cronies after the fact would be stupid.

Of course they thought of that which is why if you impeach a corrupt president after he leaves power you could nullify all the pardons he gave to his cronies as this constitutional clause says.
