People move from government to the private sector and start companies that spy on people. Then they sell it to the government. Somehow this doesn't violate the 4th ammendment? The government is not allowed to have your data without a warrant period, whether they buy it or steal by their own hand. Companies assisting them are committing a felony by giving it to them.

Plus there's a lot fewer than 21 Million Bitcoins in circulation when you take in account that Satoshi took a million for himself, plus all the coins that have been lost from dead computers, people who were holders/miners that have died, and those who lost their crypto passwords/keys - Plus other factors.
