If you dismiss the fact that this guy admittedly killed like 17 people and committed all kinds of fraud and extortion over many years by saying “he did his time,” the reporter guy in the video is demonstrating that he is still pathologically lying and committing fraud in the present day, but the townspeople don’t want to hear it.
