No one asks why the police have become so openly abusive, despite all the camera technology and documentation?

Because cops, firefighters, EMTS, federal agents, etc have been operating a secret program (think COINTELPRO) that utilizes Nazi Germany techniques to stalk, torture, and seize their targets for their criminal justice system. It's called gangstalking by popular terminology, but its actually domestic terrorism if we are using the FBI's definition (who is also involved in the gangstalking/domestic terrorism phenomenon).

Along with qualified immunity, sovereign immunity, they have become embolden by a severely corrupt legal system where we have a bunch of terrorist thugs with badges out there that are getting paid very well from national security budgets meant to protect us from real enemies and threats. No one thought the biggest threat would be from within, and from those we entrusted most to keep us safe, who turned this conspiracy into the greatest hijacking of democracy and we've been along for the ride.

Not only are they violent abusers of the law, but the most grotesque sexual perverts for doing what they did to this poor young woman. Stripped and left naked on a jail bench for public intoxication and resisting arrest? How does that add up to justice? Search those fuckers phones, I bet they were perving out on this kinda shit.

The head instigator, a former FBI agent AND contractor for the agency said that all the jacked up stuff they (him and former RANKED police officers) was based on actual techniques utilized by the agency.

Notice how none of the naysayers post SOURCES, just state it as nonsensical.

However, if one can recognize patterns in abuse and torment of civilians, they will ultimately see the pattern for what it is: repression and control through force and fear.
